How to Open a Ticket on the Georgian Helpdesk Portal

Step 1: Navigate to the Georgian Helpdesk Portal https://helpdesk.georgianatilac.com/new/

 

 

Step 2: Fill in the Required Information

When you open a new ticket, you'll need to provide some information to help us understand your question. Be sure to fill out all the required fields, including a detailed message about your request and any relevant details that might help us to answer more quickly.

Step 3: Attach Files if required

 

Step 4: Select the Georgian Helpdesk Category applicable to your request

 

Step 5: Enter your contact details

 

Step 6: Submit Your Ticket

Once you've filled out all the required information, click on the "Create Ticket" button to send your ticket to our support team. You'll receive an auto-reply message for confirmation.
