How to Check & Pay Your Fees
| After registering for courses, your tuition, ancillary, and optional fees will be applied to your student account. You can access your student account to verify your term charges, outstanding fees (if any), and payments you’ve made to your student account. |  |
Accessing your fees in Banner
- Log into Banner with your Student ID and Password

- Click View Academic Records and Fee Account Details
- Click View Account Summary by Term This screen will provide you with a list of fees, deposits and payments applied to your student account.
Note: Deposits will not show on this screen until you have selected your course timetable. To view your deposits prior to selecting your timetable, click Make a Deposit Payment (Full-time Students Only) in the Banner Main Menu.
Payment Methods
Bank Payments: Payments can be made over the phone, online, or in-person at your branch. Payments will generally take 48 hours before being applied to your student account. The payee is Georgian College - Fees and the account number is your 9-digit student number.
Note: Payments made on deadline dates will be accepted.
Flywire: International Payments made easy! Flywire provides excellent exchange rates in comparison to traditional banks and allows the payer to pay in their home currency (in most cases). Once the payment is received, the payee will also receive a confirmation email.
