How to Access Your Insurance Policy (Benefits)

Students have 2 different insurances Guard.Me (primary and emergency coverage) and GCSA (extended benefits coverage).

Access Guard.me Policy

To check the benefits that are covered, students can take two different options:

First Option

1. Go to the micro-website guard.me/georgian
2. Select Current Students option.     

3. Select “Policy Documents for Guard.me More Enhanced”.
4. Select the language and the policy will be automatically downloaded, there you will find all services that are covered.

Second Option

1. Select “Contact Us” option:

2. Call guard.me and ask them if any specific service is covered under your plan.

Access MyStudentPlan - GCSA Policy 

To check the benefits that are covered with mystudentplan insurance, students can follow the next steps:

1. Go to the micro-website: https://www.mystudentplan.ca/georgian/en/home
2. From the mystudentplan menu select “Plan Details” option.
3. Click "Plan Leaflet" and download the plan summary pdf.
4. Here the student can find all their extended health coverage and dental coverage.
