Guidance for Student ID Card

STEP 1: Take your picture following the instructions:

Please make sure your photo meets the requirement below.

Otherwise, your ID Card won’t be processed.

• QUALITY: The photo must be high resolution and not pixelated, grainy, or blurry
• SIZE: The size MUST BE equivalent format as the passport. Size 3x4 cm / 30 mm x 40 mm photo / 1,18 x 1,57”
• BACKGROUND: The photo must have a white background.

PLEASE NAME THE FILE USING YOUR STUDENT NUMBER ONLY

STEP 2: Fill out the form: Georgian@ILAC ID Cards request form (jotform.com)

Please make sure the information is accurate before submitting it.

STEP 3: Once we receive all information and photo as instructed, we will issue your Student ID Card and send you an email back confirming we received your photo and information.

STEP 4: Once it is ready, we will send an email with instructions to pick it up.

STEP 5: Pick-up instructions.

We will send an email back when your student ID Card is ready for pickup.

Location: 425 Bloor Street East, Toronto, ON. Canada. M4X 1L7 (3rd floor) between 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday (except on holidays).

• Please note we only can give a Student ID Card to those who pick it up in person.
• As per our internal procedures, we cannot provide it to someone else on your behalf.
